Are we logical?

Do we act rationally in business: Sometimes, always or never?

Experience shows we act far from logically in business. For example, if people are our greatest asset, especially in the service sector, why do we handle them so poorly?

One possible explanation is that we do not understand each other very well. We run away from things we don’t like.

It’s human but it’s not logical.

The difference between success and failure when working with people is actually very small. With a little guidance giant strides forward can be made.

Can a leopard change his spots? Perhaps he can if he wants to!
