Do the fans give the X factor?

What power does encouragement have? Watching X factor live show 3 gives a clear answer in my opinion!

All the contestants have real talent. But look what happens when they get some adulation; some screaming attention. The transformation in confidence was remarkable.

People telling you they like you does a lot of good. Pretty simple really.

Of course, we all know stories of “spoilt brats” who had too much attention. By and large, though, these have already been weeded out.

Now it’s just talent and confidence. And effort and coaching too.

For those in humble places, confidence often takes a bit of a hit. In this context then, the vocal fan-support does the trick.

The results were remarkable: Adrian, John, TreyC (is that really how she spells it?), Matt, Liverpool Rebecca, Paije, First Direct, Cher, Katie, they all leapt forward.

It’s actually quite hard to choose between them!

This wasn’t shopping in Oxford Street. No, this was strong medicine.

Can’t wait for next week. Personally I think Matt will win the contest, but they have all grown through this experience.
